Operations support isn’t “extra.” It’s what makes everything else possible. In other words, operations are the support system that allows native missionaries to do what God has called them to do and allows you to give with confidence.

You may wonder why this matters as much as “direct” ministry giving. I want to say this plainly: giving to operations is no less spiritual than giving to missionaries. It is not “second-tier giving.” It is not simply “keeping the lights on.” It is giving toward the systems, accountability, advocacy, and field support that allow missionaries to stay in ministry, stay focused, and stay effective.
Operations funding helps ANM serve as a faithful steward so missionaries are supported, donors are protected, and the Gospel advances with integrity. In a very real way, it’s foundational giving. It strengthens the entire structure that holds this work together.
